Donya Williams is an accomplished Public Health Professional and Leadership Coach with over 15 years of experience in building systems and processes for both corporations and individuals alike. With a humanistic approach to problem solving that has benefitted clients like Harlem NY based social enterprise, City Health Works, New York City Department of Health + Mental Hygiene, Just Right Technology and Fleurish LA, Donya has successfully helped management excel in all they desire to do.  

Now, as the Founder of Donya A. Williams, LLC, Donya combines her diverse background and experience to provide consulting and leadership coaching services to professionals interested in improving their leadership skills, team building and personal growth.

Donya also provides consultation on Public Health, Organizational Development and Culture Building to companies, organizations and governmental agencies.
